Lecture on Recent ECtHR Case-Law

December 21, 2015 - Pre-trial detention, Presumption of innocence

In November 2015, Ed Cape, Professor of Criminal Law and Practice at the University of the West of England, gave a lecture which examined recent ECtHR case-law that touched on the right to liberty and security (Article 5), and the presumption of innocence (Article 6(2)).
