ECtHR, Kunić and Others v. Bosnia and Herzegovina

This case concerns 16 citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who complained about non-enforcement of final domestic judgments in their favour. The ECtHR found violations of Article 6(1) of the ECHR as a result of the Bosnian authorities’ failure to enforce final judgments issued by national courts in the applicants’ favour.
